Digital Humanities Lab

Exciting news! The Digital Humanities Lab will be moving down the road to Emory University, where I’ve taken a new position to help envision the intersection of the humanities and data science. This site will soon be updated to reflect the expansion of the DH Lab.

The Digital Humanities Lab explores how computational methods can engage questions of humanistic inquiry. We draw from the expertise of students and faculty in the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts in order to identify how issues of computation intersect with literary, historical, and cultural concerns. Our approach is both theoretical and applied, with an emphasis on how computational methods (and related digital technologies) can be employed to present concepts, advance arguments, and perform critique.

On this site, you will find information about our current projects, as well as our affiliated students and faculty. If you’re a GT student and you’d like to get involved, please contact us:
